Water - based coating is a kind of coating with water as the main dispersing medium. Compared with the serious pollution defects of traditional solvent based and solvent based coatings, the basic characteristics of water in water-based coatings have established its status in environment-friendly coatings.
The appearance of water-based environmental protection coatings is undoubtedly a guarantee of health. The so - called waterborne environmental protection paint, is able to protect the environment of the paint, with non-toxic, no odor characteristics, can inhibit the growth of mold. Water-based environmental protection coatings have many functions, such as anti-mildew, anti-radiation, anti-ultraviolet, anti-smoldering and other characteristics, while traditional coatings are relatively simple. The performance indexes of water-based environmental protection coatings are more reasonable, such as gloss, permeability, moisture-proof and breathable properties, heat resistance, antifreeze and adhesion, etc., are all better than traditional coatings. The definition of waterborne environmental protection coatings should be divided into three levels. Some common solvents such as toluene, xylene, butanone, acetate, etc. used in water paint are also restricted, and ethanol is no exception.
Disadvantages of water-based coatings: although water-based coatings are superior to solvent based coatings in terms of environmental humidity and water content at the bottom, their applicability in other aspects is not as good as solvent based coatings. Due to the large external tension of water, it is difficult to moisten the bottom material, it is easy to shrink the hole, and water-based coating has a higher requirement on the external cleanliness of the material and the construction process. Spray coating of ability in humidity of spray room also has a must request, waterborne coatings in the environmental relative humidity above 85% when table dry slowly, water solvent evaporation under saturated humidity can't normal, when humidity is too high (more than 90%), the coating on the coating will flow down. Therefore, it is necessary to have a good air circulation in the spray room and adhere to the appropriate humidity. In the future, it is urgent to develop basic research to reduce the difficulty of construction and improve the performance of waterborne coatings. At the same time, strengthen the policy guidance, promote technology, change ideas, to eliminate worries public prejudice against waterborne coatings and related work seriously, will also have the effect of promoting development of the application of waterborne coatings.
Non-viscosity-water paint spraying molding includes three steps: surface pretreatment, spraying and sintering. Sintering temperature is 360 ~ 380 ℃, the sintering time is 15 ~ 30 min. The higher the sintering temperature, the coating adhesion is strong, but the sintering temperature is too high, the coating will fade, scarring and bubbling, even burning, sintering temperature is exorbitant, other toxic fluoride fluorine resin decomposition. When the sintering temperature is too low, the coating cannot fully melt and level down, and the coating is easy to form needle holes, which cannot meet the technical requirements of the design. When the coating film is still molten, the cold quenching film in cold water has low crystallinity and good compactness. For the PTFE/PFA mixture, the hardened coating quickly loses its crystalline structure. About 40% of the copolymer content has a significant effect on the coating at room temperature cooling, but only 20% of the PFA(not even adding any PFA) is effective if the coating is quenched quickly.
As a kind of environmental protection special coatings with strong practicability and high technical content, non-sticky waterborne coatings have attracted more and more attention of coating researchers. Due to the complexity of non-stick coating technology, aiming at how to disperse fluorine resin powder, how to select adhesive resin, such as how to make the mutual compatibility of resin is still the current research and development of water-based anti-sticking coating is an important subject.
